Upon the arrival of all tour participants, we gather for a warm welcome and refreshments, complete with introductions. The evening’s agenda revolves around fostering connections as we engage in getting to know one another, followed by a communal dinner embracing the true essence of American style. For those who still find themselves energized after the day’s journey, an option to explore a nearby local bar awaits.

(Driving day 1: 451 km/284 miles)

We commence the day with an informative meeting, delving into the details of your Vegas & Blazing Canyons tour. Covering essential information and preparations, we ensure a seamless experience, including the pickup of your bike from Explorify Motorcycle Rentals, where your carefully prepared bike awaits.

As everyone gears up on their bikes, we embark on the exhilarating 1,254-mile journey through the Las Vegas & Blazing Canyons. Our first day promises desert landscapes, scorching temperatures, and breathtaking scenery. Beginning with a drive down “the strip,” we capture a group photo at the iconic “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. Our route then leads us to Oatman, a historic village founded by gold prospectors in 1915. Remember to secure your bikes in Oatman and be vigilant for donkeys and the occasional street outlaw.

Continuing our ride, we cruise through Kingman and Hackberry, encountering narrow, winding roads with varying elevations, set against the backdrop of mountains and deserts—a perfect cinematic opportunity. A stop at a quaint Route 66 gas station in Hackberry offers a glimpse into history, reminiscent of scenes from an old movie. Refreshing with a Coke in the shade, we proceed to Seligman and Williams, where we settle for the night.

(Driving day 2: 222 km/138 miles)

Prepare for the tour’s pinnacle—welcome to the Grand Canyon! Today promises a breathtaking journey to Tuba City, starting at the Grand Canyon helicopter base. For those who have arranged the helicopter tour, brace yourself for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, an unforgettable encounter with one of the Seven Wonders. Hovering in the air over this natural marvel is nothing short of magical—an experience highly recommended.

Following the helicopter tour, we embark on a short trip to the visitor center, where an Imax movie offers a mesmerizing perspective, almost as if standing within the Grand Canyon itself. Lunch is served here before we venture into the Grand Canyon, immersing ourselves in its wonders for the rest of the day. As the day concludes, we set our course toward another renowned natural phenomenon, Monument Valley, with an overnight stop in Tuba City.

(Driving day 3: 420 km/262  miles)

Our day begins with a drive to Monument Valley, an unparalleled natural wonder and one of the world’s most photographed phenomena. Describing Monument Valley is an exercise in futility—it must be experienced to be truly understood. Up close, we navigate through the classic Wild West landscape, surrounded by magnificent sandstone rock formations. Every detail is bathed in a reddish hue, creating a visually stunning panorama. Monument Valley is more than a place; it’s an immersion into the essence of the Wild West. Amidst these majestic rock formations, we find ourselves in the heart of Navajo Indian territory, soaking in the spiritual ambiance unique to this area.

Our journey continues to Mexican Hat, yet another natural marvel—whether it’s a stone formation or a sombrero is up for debate. From there, we head north to Moab, situated at the gateway of Arches National Park. Brace yourself for a drive that will etch itself into your memory. The evening unfolds amidst the spectacular surroundings of Moab.

(Driving day 4: 283 km/176 miles)

Prepare for another highlight of our tour! Our day kicks off with an exploration of Moab, delving into the mesmerizing rock formations of Arches National Park—a spectacle that will leave you breathless. After immersing ourselves in the wonders of Arches National Park, we embark on the magnificent Colorado River Run, tracing the path out of the park toward Red Cliffs Lodge. Known for its superb lunches, the lodge provides the perfect setting to refuel and savor the moment. Our journey then continues towards Hanksville, promising more awe-inspiring scenery and unforgettable experiences.

(Driving day 5: 379  km/235 miles)

Our journey through Utah unfolds with a succession of breathtaking national parks that appear like pearls on a necklace. From the enchanting Goblin Canyon to the rugged beauty of Capitol Reef, the serenity of Thousand Lake, and the tranquility of Otter Creek State Park—each stop adds to the tapestry of our adventure. The highlight of this leg is the spellbinding Bryce Canyon, where rock formations defy description, offering an experience akin to the Grand Canyon. Your smiles are bound to linger as we navigate the elevations of the Escalante Staircase.

A true gem awaits us in Dixie National Forest before we reach yet another marvel, Zion National Park. The magic of Bryce Canyon and the majesty of Zion make this leg an unforgettable chapter in our journey.

(Driving day 6: 386 km/241 miles)

Prepare for another extraordinary day! Our journey commences with a drive through the awe-inspiring Zion National Park. Besides witnessing some of the world’s most exquisite rock formations, you’ll navigate through the famed “switchbacks of Zion,” offering a thrilling ride through this natural wonder. In contrast to the Grand Canyon, Zion exudes a more aesthetically pleasing appreciation of nature.

Exiting Zion, our course is set straight for the neon-lit gambling haven of Las Vegas. We park the bikes and dedicate the rest of the day to exploring this exhilarating city. Tonight, you have the freedom to experience the renowned “Sin City” at your own pace. Revel in the excitement—Las Vegas is one of the most entertaining cities in the world.

Las Vegas boasts a plethora of attractions, including stunning architecture, unique shows, casinos, and a variety of entertainment options. The city is never dull! Most attractions are within walking distance, and we highly recommend exploring iconic spots like Caesar’s Palace, Bellagio, MGM, Stardust, Treasure Island, The Venetian, Mirage, Wyatt, and The Fashion Show Mall (with over 200 stores). Don’t miss the evening volcanic eruptions at The Mirage every 30 minutes, transforming the garden into a fiery spectacle. Inside the casino, you’ll find rare white tigers. The water show outside the Bellagio is another unforgettable sight. Enjoy your time in this vibrant city!
