The epic Alaska & Canada Adventure tour kicks off with a thrilling start! As everyone gears up for the ride, we set out on a 4,600 km (2,900 miles) journey through the stunning landscapes of Alaska, the historic Klondike Gold Rush territory, and the majestic Canadian Rockies & National Parks. Anchorage fades into the background as we head south, ready for an unforgettable adventure filled with lifelong memories and fun.

Our first day features a spectacular ride along the Glenn Highway, tracing the scenic Matanuska River. Brace yourself for close-up views of the awe-inspiring Matanuska Glacier, ensuring your camera is ready to capture the breathtaking moments.

Get ready for another remarkable day on the road! Our journey continues as we complete the ride on the Glenn Highway, reaching Tok before embarking on the iconic Alaska Highway. Riding through Wrangell St. Elias National Park/Preserve, be prepared for breathtaking views and awe-inspiring scenery that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression. As the day unfolds, we cross the border into Canada, reaching our final destination of Beaver Creek. Welcome to the renowned Yukon Gold Rush territory!

Our enchanting journey along the Alaska Highway presses on, with the majestic Wrangell-St Elias Mountains as our backdrop. Heading south, we make a stop at the awe-inspiring Kluane Lake, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The next destination is Haines Junction, serving as the gateway to Kluane National Park. After immersing ourselves in the splendor of these natural wonders, we set our course for Whitehorse, the capital of the Yukon, steeped in the history of the northwest Canada Gold Rush era.

Our southeast journey along the breathtaking Alaska Highway unfolds, offering a scenic ride past the serene Marsh and Teslin Lakes. Upon reaching Watson Lake, we will explore the remarkable Signpost Forest, a collection of road signs that began with the creative initiative of a homesick US Army GI. Yet another day filled with opportunities to capture memories that will last a lifetime!

Prepare for another spectacular day on the Alaska Highway as we journey south to the picturesque Muncho Lake. A true highlight and a “must-stop” for every traveler on the Alaska Highway, Muncho Lake promises breathtaking scenery and is often a prime location for spotting wildlife. Keep your cameras at the ready as we continue our adventure through this stunning landscape!

We bid farewell to the breathtaking Muncho Lake on the Alaska Highway as we set our course toward Fort Nelson. Anticipate another day of spectacular riding through picturesque landscapes, making this leg of our journey an unforgettable experience.

(Driving day 7: 453 km/282 miles)

Today marks the final leg of our journey on the beautiful Alaska Highway as we head south towards Dawson Creek. Along the way, we’ll cross the historical Kiskatinaw Bridge, spanning 531 feet and standing as the only original bridge still in use on the Alaska Highway. Dawson Creek, famously known as the “Mile 0 City,” is situated at the southern end of the Alaska Highway. Our night in Dawson Creek will be filled with celebration, marking the completion of the iconic Alaska Highway.

Today promises several more amazing roads as we head south toward Jasper. Our route includes the scenic Hwy 40 & 43. Upon reaching the Entrance, we’ll transition to Yellowhead Hwy, guiding us through the awe-inspiring Jasper National Park and ultimately to the charming mountain village of Jasper, Alberta. Jasper is a special location, serving as the starting point for Canada’s incredible Route 93, also known as the Icefield Highway, stretching from Jasper to the stunning lakeside village of Lake Louise, Alberta. Get ready for breathtaking views and memorable riding experiences.

Prepare for an unforgettable highway ride that undoubtedly ranks among the top ten motorcycle experiences in North America. Canada’s Highway 93, also known as the Icefields Parkway or Banff-Jasper Highway, will take us along glacial peaks and across some of Canada’s most stunning ice fields. Today is poised to be one of the greatest riding days of your life, guaranteed! After this exhilarating journey, we’ll enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Banff, Alberta—a Rocky Mountain village renowned for its friendly people, delicious food, and lively nightlife.

Today offers the opportunity for two fantastic tours. First, an optional gondola ride to the mountain top promises breathtaking views. Later, we embark on a bike tour to Lake Minnewanka, followed by a leisurely stroll through the charming town of Banff, nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. This day is designed to let you soak in the natural beauty and cultural charm of the region.

Today unfolds as another unforgettable chapter in your adventure! Our journey takes us through awe-inspiring landscapes on spectacular roads. We commence our ride on the renowned Hwy 1, traversing the beauty of Banff and Yoho National Park. The road leads us through the breathtaking vistas of Glacier National Park, renowned for its deep glacial valleys and rugged peaks—a true sensory delight for motorcycle enthusiasts, offering exceptional riding terrain. Our route continues through the winding roads of Mt Revelstoke National Park, guiding us to the picturesque city of Kamloops. Get ready for a day filled with breathtaking scenery and exhilarating rides!

As we bid farewell to the majestic mountains, our journey takes us towards Canada’s enchanting wine country. Heading south, we embark on a beautiful ride along Hwy 97, meandering through picturesque vineyards and tracing the shores of the famous Okanagan Lake. Our day concludes in Osoyoos, where we will savor a delightful evening filled with local produce. Get ready to unwind in the scenic charm of Canada’s wine region!

As our Alaska & Canadian fairytale comes to a close, we cross the US border and continue our journey on Hwy 97 South. Turning onto Hwy 2, we traverse the spectacularly beautiful Okanogan-Wenatchee National Park. Our final destination is Seattle, where we bid adieu to our bikes, shed our riding gear for light summer clothing, and spend the afternoon in the vicinity of the hotel. A farewell dinner awaits, offering a chance to reminisce about our incredible journey before preparing for the homeward voyage. Safe travels and until we meet again on the road!
